Introduction: Mayor and Council will hold a regular meeting at the City Community Room, 138 E. Hightower Trail. Regular City Council meetings are held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. The Mayor and Council of Social Circle intends to opt out of the statewide HB 581 Homestead Exemption.
