DESCRIPTION:<p>Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-540, a special election shall be held in the City of Social Circle for the purpose of submitting to the voters the following question for approval or rejection:&nbsp;<b>“Shall the governing authority of the City of Social Circle, Georgia be authorized to issue licenses for the package sale of distilled spirits within the city limits of the City of Social Circle?”</b></p><p><b>&nbsp;</b>The special election will be held in conjunction with the General Election on November 7, 2023.
